TaylorMade on Tour

To capitalise on the early success of its two new white drivers, the R11 and Burner Superfast 2.0, TaylorMade is embarking on ‘The Driver Tour’ to 650 golf courses around Europe. The Driver Tour will consist of consumer fitting sessions in conjunction with approved TaylorMade retailers. Each event will be attended by the company’s technicians, using Flightscope Kudu Launch monitors to provide golfers with free fittings. TaylorMade reports that over the first two months of 2011, pre-season driver orders have risen by 52% from 2010. The Driver Tour starts this month, and stops at clubs in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
