Hands in chains
Austrian brand Komperdell has introduced the Chaingrip glove, the palm of which is made of a synthetic netting which is designed to grip the club better than normal gloves in wet conditions – working like snow-chains on ice, says Komperdell. The glove has an RRP of €29.90, but the brand tells SGB it is seeking UK distribution. The contact for enquiries is Stefan Schmeisser: sschmeisser@camaro.net.

Softspikes launches putter grip-wrap
The new Softspikes PutterGrip is a low-budget alternative to having a putter re-gripped, for golfers looking to refresh their putter grip while increasing its size. The PutterGrip is applied over existing grips in the same way that tennis rackets are re-gripped. The PutterGrips come in packs of two and with an RRP of £2.99.
