The Wrist Brake simply clips on the putter shaft and sits about halfway up. Golfers need to keep the arm in line with the putter face, but if they don't, inventor Philip Gazeley says it shows a stroke with too much wrist action. The aid is designed to encourage the correct shoulder and spine movement for putting.
