Dual Crown technology has made the clubhead's crown much smaller than the sole, and a clearly delineated encircles the extra-large clubhead. Combined with Ultra-Thin Wall casting technology, which enables the clubhead walls to measure as little as .55 millimetres thick, the centre of gravity is low and the MOI is high. The club also benefits from TaylorMade's Inverted Cone Technology, which is a shallow cone milled onto the inner side of the clubface to promote high ball speed from off-centre hits. The club comes fitted with a SuperFast 60-gram shaft.
