The new sales outfit will be based at Srixon's existing offices in Alton, Hampshire, and all management, IT, marketing, distribution, accounts, UK customer service and credit control for both brands will be based there.
A statement from the company confirmed the two brands will continue to operate independently in terms of sales and marketing, and that the review of company operations across Europe continues.
