Kudu is the world's first ever 3D tracking radar for golf, and the portable monitor, which can be used inside or outside, was tested for measuring shot distance, dispersion, smash factor and spin rate by GolfTest.
The FlightScope Kudu is more than a launch monitor because its ‘phased array tracking radar' locks onto the ball and monitors its flight in 3D for approximately 4.5 seconds after impact. The Kudu will read the ball position at 400,000 different points during that time frame, enabling the monitor to accurately predict the ball's remaining flight, and provide in-depth ball-flight analysis.
