Kasco irons boost versatility
Published:  11 July, 2008

The new Power Tornado iron from Kasco (pictured) gives the golfer the chance to customize the make-up of his iron set.

This hybrid iron set offers the choice of hybrid clubs replacing 3-iron through to 7-iron, with the rest of the set made up from traditional cavity-backed irons.

The hybrid clubs have been designed to replace harder-to-hit long and mid-irons and are manufactured from 17-4 stainless steel in a compact head design with a large sweetspot for greater forgiveness.

The cavity-back irons feature a power-bar centred at the rear of the cavity to download the weight and optimise the ball flight. The power-bar coupled with a slight offset design ensures forgiveness.

The Power Tornado is available with True Temper steel shafts (£299), Kasco Ultra-lightweight graphite (£349) or Aldila graphite (£499).
